Work Programme


As a recognised leader in the Welfare To Work
field across the UK, we're working in partnership
with G4S Welfare to Work, MAXIMUS Employment
and Training UK, SEETEC and Jobcentre Plus to
provide you with advice and guidance to 
help find you sustainable employment.
What is The Work Programme?
- A 104 week course for a people on a range of benefits including JSA, ESA and IB
- The programme provides tailored support with the aim of helping you achieve sustained employment
Our completely free service includes:
- One-to-one support from our experienced Personal Advisors
- Guidance on how much better-off you can be in work
- Advice on finding you the right job and employer
- Help with writing an effective CV and preparing for interviews
- Free use of computers, internet, phones and newspapers for job searching
- Employment Success Programme to build your job search skills and confidence
- Ongoing support when you return to work
What help can you expect?
- An exciting and challenging journey to help get you into sustained employment
- A clear explanation of the services you are eligible to receive, what Kennedy Scott will do for you and what you have to do, including how and when
- Help with job search, CV writing and interview techniques and developing the skills employers want
- A detailed employment action plan that is reviewed fortnightly
- An opportunity to undertake work related activity
- Access to extensive job search facilities
You will be expected to:
- Make every effort to get a job, and accept suitable jobs you are offered
- Do your best at every job interview
- Actively participate in all the tasks you have set out to do in your employment action plan, this includes going to all appointments
