We have used other government funded companies like KS but did not receive many good candidates. KS also provided us with recruitment open days where candidates have been pre-screened before they attended. This has saved us time and money as candidates attending have an interest to work within the security industry and are able to provide vital vetting checks.

Pre-Recruitment Training
We can offer practical solutions to meet your business, needs. This includes developing and delivering pre-recruitment training courses specifically for your organisation.
From our pool of job ready candidates, we can identify individuals who meet your initial criteria and work with them to ensure they have the ability and expertise you require with a view to commencing employment on completion of training, or sooner if required.

Work Trial Placements

Free work trial placements allow you to take on a potential employee for a trial basis. You can have access to a wide range of people seeking work who are at different stages of job readiness and have a variety of skills to offer.
By taking a candidate on a work trial placement, you’ll get the benefit of:

- First hand knowledge of prospective employees who could be trained to the company's standard
