Customer Success Story - Ed and Sam - Specialist Employability Support programme
Brothers Sam and Ed joined Kennedy Scott’s ESF funded Specialist Employability Support programme (SES) in 2015. They have Autism and Aspergers respectively and both suffer with social anxiety. Kennedy Scott’s caseworker involved their mother, Mary, in their Circle of Support, developing a comprehensive programme to get them into work. As a result, Sam successfully secured part-time work with Roses Homecare in February 2016 as an Admin Assistant and six months later Ed secured a placement as an Account Assistant with the same supportive employer.
