Kennedy Scott conducts a two stage interview process, and applicants are interviewed by the Recruitment Team and a Business Manager/Area Manager.
Interviews are competency based and we review candidates according to their skills and abilities.
We offer disabled applicants the option of requesting their application is considered under the terms of our Guaranteed Interview Scheme (GIS). To be invited to interview/assessment under this scheme, your application must meet the minimum criteria for the role.
Successful applicants will be asked to complete an equality and diversity analysis form, to help Kennedy Scott monitor how effective our work is in this area. An Enhanced Disclosure will need to be completed and evidence for suitable references will need to be provided.
Kennedy Scott will also require proof of the right to work in the UK and the relevant training and educational certificates. Any offer of employment will be conditional to all pre employment checks being satisfactory to the company.
