Work and Health Programme

2 dwp esf border lockup logo 72The Work and Health Programme is delivered in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire by Kennedy Scott on behalf of Pluss, in conjunction with the Department of Work and Pensions and is funded by the European Social Fund.

The Work and Health Programme takes the place of two previous programmes Work Choice and the Work Programme. The programme offers a bespoke service to fit individual needs to support participants along a journey and into sustainable employment. We help people to recognise their existing skills and to identify strengths and aspirations. The programme supports individuals to develop their confidence, build their motivation and increase work related skills

Any new participant to the programme will be assigned a Change Coach who will be their 1-2-1 mentor for the whole of the programme
