Home furnishing retailer, The Range, in Kent have been working closely with Kennedy Scott’s Maidstone centre to help place customers into work.
They said: “We have been working with Kennedy Scott for the last year and have successfully recruited a number of staff members for our store in Maidstone through them.
"We have an arrangement with Kennedy Scott that all candidates undertake a weeks work trial. This gives us and the candidate the opportunity to see if the position is suitable. It is a little like a ‘try before you buy’.

The Range were awarded with the Supportive Employer Award by CEO Teresa Scott and Kent Business Bunker and radio presenter Paul Andrews during Kennedy Scott’s 25th anniversary celebrations in Maidstone.
