Work Routes Mentoring Service

Kennedy Scott works in partnership with Reed and their subcontractors to deliver a mentoring service to all members registered on the Work Routes programme.

Our friendly Kennedy Scott mentors can offer up to five weeks of 1-2-1 support in the form of mentoring sessions to help individuals plan their career, gain professional and personal skills and maximise their potential.
