Work Choice Programme

We deliver Work Choice in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Work Choice is a voluntary support programme for people who have health related issues which make it harder for them to find work.

If you join our Work Choice, we will craft your support to meet your needs and goals. In particular, we work closely with employers to make sure the job is right for you and that you have all the support you need to manage your disability while in your job.

• You will receive support from a personal Employment Consultant who will give you one-to-one support to build a plan that suits you and your situation, and help co-ordinate your journey into work.
• This includes support with CVs and job applications, priority access to job vacancies and benefits calculations to work out how your entitlements will change when you get a job.
• We help arrange support from Access to Work, and additional financial assistance on going into work if necessary.
