Teresa Scott - Chief Executive

In 1989 Teresa Scott launched Kennedy Scott Training & Development, as a subsidiary of the Principals marketing and Design group, acquiring the company outright in 1991, where she remains as sole-owner manager.  Teresa has grown Kennedy Scott from a single-office outfit to a nationally renowned training specialist with fifteen centres throughout south east England. Despite the national reach, Teresa has maintained her personal leadership of the company, with her life experience as a single mother and former teacher giving her personal insights into the barriers faced by her clients.

Steve Woolcock - Managing Director

Steve joined Kennedy Scott in 2006 and focussed on the organisations growing Special Projects.  These included the DWP/ESF Metropolitan Police Pre-employment Programme, the LDA London Knowledge Programme (Black Taxi) for BAME and Women Drivers and DWP/ESF Hardest to Help in Brent and Harrow.  In 2009, he became Commercial Director, taking operational responsibility for all contracts including the new FND delivery in Kent.  Steve was previously Regional Director for John Laing Training and Manufacturing Manager for the French Steel Group Wheelabrator-Allevard.

Anne Angell - Director of Operations

Anne joined Kennedy Scott Ltd in 2009 having formerly worked as a Director of Operations for Kent County Council running multiple contracts and projects. During this time Anne also worked on secondment to the National College of School Leadership as the Southern Regional Advocate consulting on educational business management. Anne’s experience also includes working in the retail sector as a Finance Director and is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management and the Institute of Directors.
