What is the Recruitment process at Kennedy Scott?
As part of our commitment to equality and diversity, we accept and encourage applications from all, and do not discriminate against any protected characteristics. We embrace diversity and strive to recruit a work force that mirrors the diverse client base we work with.
We conduct a two stage interview process, and applicants are normally interviewed by the Recruiting Manager and/or Regional Manager as well as an HR Representative.
Interviews are competency based and we review candidates according to their skills and abilities as opposed to any other irrelevant factors.
Successful applicants will be asked to complete an equality and diversity analysis form in order to help Kennedy Scott monitor how effective our work is in this area. You will also be asked to complete an Enhanced Disclosure with the Disclosure and Barring Service and provide employment references.
Kennedy Scott will also require any proof of right to work in the UK and relevant training and educational certificates. Any offer of employment will be conditional on these pre-employment checks being satisfactory to the company.
