What is the Recruitment process at Kennedy Scott?

We conduct a two stage interview process, and applicants are normally interviewed by the Recruiting Manager and/or Area Manager as well as an HR Representative. 

Interviews are competency based and we review candidates according to their skills and abilities as opposed to any other irrelevant factors.

Successful applicants will be asked to complete an equality and diversity analysis form in order to help Kennedy Scott monitor how effective our work is in this area. You will also be asked to complete an Enhanced Disclosure with the Criminal Records Bureau and provide documentation of your right to work in the UK and submit employment references for the past 3 years along with any relevant training and educational certificates.

 

Any offer of employment will be conditional on these pre-employment checks being satisfactory to the company.
