Kennedy Scott Awarded RoSPA Gold
Kennedy Scott have achieved their second gold award in four months.
On Thursday 9 April 2015 it was announced that Kennedy Scott, a pre-employment training and development company that delivers the government's Work Programme have been awarded the Gold RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Award by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
The accolade has come at a good time for the company who have recently celebrated their 25th anniversary and are expanding through new government contracts based all over the UK.
Kennedy Scott specialise in helping the long term unemployed prepare for work. Their staff combine provision of individual centred training and support packages with strong relationships with local businesses to deliver some of the best Work Programme outcome rates in the country.
Commenting on the award, CEO and Founder Teresa Scott said: "I am absolutely delighted that Kennedy Scott have achieved a Gold RoSPA award. This is a huge accolade which acknowledges the commitment, from all of our Teams, to a high level of Health and Safety and to keeping our customers and each other safe.

I think some of the larger organisations, operating in the field of Employability, could learn a lot from our policies and practices, particularly as this is our second Gold Award in a year. Kennedy Scott achieved a Gold Investors in People Accreditation in December 2014."
Kennedy Scott were awarded the prestigious Investors in People Gold standard in December 2014, joining the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people.
