Kennedy Scott again awarded the Silver RoSPA Award for Health and Safety in 2012

RoSPA are a registered charity and have been at the heart of accident prevention in the UK and around the world for more than 90 years. RoSPA's mission is to save lives and reduce injuries and lead the way on accident prevention.

Steve Woolcock, Managing Director at Kennedy Scott said: "We are very proud to receive this award again in 2012. With clear guidelines set out by our Health and Safety Consultant Dave Rawlins, Altosafety, together with his unwavering support has enabled us to all work together to become responsible for our own safety and others around us. To win this award again in 2012 demonstrates our commitment and united front in creating a safe working environment for our staff and customers".

RoSPA have a long history of successful campaining on issues which have the potential to save lives and reduce injuries, from awareness campaigns which highlight how people are killed and injured in accidents and how such accident can be prevented, to calling for legislative change, RoSPA is committed to speaking up for safety.

Every year in the UK RoSPA face the challenge of reducing about 300 fatalities to workers and members of the public due to reportable accidents at work.

The RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2012 are sponsored by NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), the leading health and safety professional examining body.
