Kennedy Scott is very pleased to announce that our Hemel Hempstead Work Programme Team has won the Jan 2012 Bronze Award for Performance Improvement, in Heat 1 of Prime Contractor Seetec’s brand new ‘Going for Gold’ Supply Chain Competition.

Jeremy Nutter, Chief Executive of Seetec, who visited our Hemel Hempstead office to present the award said: “This competition is all about improvement. It has been a very exciting race with competitors actively jostling for position. Many congratulations to the winners.”

Steve Woolcock, Managing Director of Kennedy Scott, enthused: “This is brilliant news! Congratulations to all the Hemel Hempstead team: Roisin, Steph, Julia, Michelle, Christine and Jeff.”

Roisin Wilson, Business Manager at Kennedy Scott’s Hemel Hempstead Centre, said “All of the team are both excited and proud at winning the Bronze Award from Seetec, It’s a fantastic endorsement of our total commitment to delivering the highest standards of service to our clients.

Winning the Award for the ‘most improved centre’ in January was completely amazing. The team were blown away when I informed them of the award. It was great to see that all of the team’s hard work that was demonstrated had been recognised and rewarded.

The team have focused on improving the service that we offer to the clients to the extent that our Partnership Manager drove a client to a job interview as the location was quite remote! Another team member worked on getting local support agencies on board so that we can refer our clients directly to them. All of the efforts have paid off with clients recognising their barriers and getting the support to work on them so that they can successfully move forward.

The motivation and the positive attitude the team have towards the clients and the encouragement given, results in a very upbeat centre. The professional atmosphere in the centre and the focus of the team is infectious.”
