If you read something and you don't like it or you want to change or add to it, you can, without having to mess about with complex tools and stuff. For example if the company phone lists are in the wiki, then anyone can update, add or remove phone numbers to ensure they are kept up to date, and anyone (anyone with permission (:wink:)) can find a phone number without having to ring round the company.

| -__Trackers__ - some messages, you just gotta have an answer to. You can use the tracker to make requests (e.g. to Dan - 'Why don't we have any new business yet, you feckless scoundrel?') and then keep track of them and the response you get. It makes it easy to keep tabs on activities and very obvious if they're not being done.
