Although we can carry out recruitments and pre-employment training in any area,
government-funded activities are limited to areas within travel distance of
our training centres. These currently encompass London and much of the Southeast
of England.
Ad-hoc recruitment
We suggest that you treat us as your first port of call, an additional specialist
tool in the recruitment process over and above ‘conventional' agencies
and the media. We can save you the vast amounts of time and money associated
with other outlets. Also, unlike other agencies, we are not under pressure to
fill vacancies at any cost.
While this means that we will not send unsuitable candidates, it also means
that we cannot guarantee to have someone who matches your requirements. However,
we can guarantee to let you know the results of our search within one day.
Large scale recruitments
We are the provider of choice for large scale recruitments in the North and
Centre of London, and are expanding this approach to our other centres.
The government funds an information session, skills assessments, sifting against
your criteria, and two week pre-employment training with ourselves, with clients
selected from the largest candidate base of any organisation in the country.
In general, this is only funded when at least eight posts are expected to be
filled through this method, although smaller recruitments are occasionally run
for organisations to allow them to test the efficacy of this approach.
Previous clients for this type of recruitment include:
- The Home Office, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and the Office of
the Deputy Prime Minister
- London Underground and the Metropolitan Police
- Gap, Boots, JB Sports and other major retail outlets
All aspects of these recruitments can of course be carried out in any location
without government funding, tailored to your requirements.
