Want a job that earns you respect and helps the community? If the answer is yes, a job in the Metropolitan Police Service could offer a career that ticks all your boxes!
The MPS are keen to receive applications from people who are currently unemployed, particularly those from ethnic minority backgrounds, who would be interested in becoming Police Community Support Officers or Traffic Wardens. If you can see yourself in one of these roles, then the MPS want to hear from you and we at Kennedy Scott are on hand to make sure that they get the right message!
Right first time
There is nothing worse than undertaking a complicated application process only to find that you made a mistake on your papers or interview. If you are going to make the effort, then it is important to make it count. The MPS Pre-Employment course is designed to help you to get it right first time.
Kennedy Scott’s Pre-Employment Course
Our course lasts for 30 hours per week for four weeks (during which you will continue to receive your benefits) and offers support covering all the stages of the application process. We will be there to give you the help you need every step of the way. The course involves:

- Training in customer service and report writing
- Preparation for your MPS interview including good answers to tough interview questions
- Exercises to improve your confidence and your team-working skills
