About Advice & Guidance
The project can give you the information you need to help you decideabout your work options and how to move into the employment of yourchoice. The project lasts up to 7 weeks, is provided without cost to you and does not affect your benefits. Your own Personal Development Coach supports you throughout your time on the project, working with you step by step to help you attain your goals. We can also offer you:.
- A chance to discuss what help you need.
- Sensible advice on how to combine work with your health condition.
- A Counsellor for support with any emotional issues.
- Expert advice from a resident Occupational Therapist.
- Guidance on Self Employment from the specialists (InBiz).
- Free complementary therapies to help you relax
Are you eligible?
These services are free and available to anyone currently living in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight or Kent and claiming an incapacity benefit. Such benefits include Incapacity Benefit (IB), SevereDisability Allowance (SDA), Income Support (IS) claimed by reason of sickness or disability and certain other disability benefits.
