We are interested in engaging with a diverse range of partners. Currently, more than 80% of organisations with formal subcontracts from Kennedy Scott are from the third sector. Strategic partnerships - we are keen to speak to organisations with whom we share strong values and performance, and possess complementary skills, infrastructure and experience to our own. End-to-end subcontractors - to deliver discrete elements of our services, or defined geographies. Current end-to-end providers include Elite SEA and Agoriad in Wales, and Momentum in Scotland.
Specialist subcontractors - bringing specific expertise and excellence in related fields. Currently, this includes the National Autistic Society and the Royal Mencap Society. In general, we tend not to reflect payment-by-results terms on our specialists, but seek to pay to integrate specialism into our delivery.
Signposting partners - complementary provision, usually paid for through other sources, with which our operations teams across the country work closely in order to offer a better, more holistic service to our clients.
