Kennedy Scott is looking for a range of partners to work with us on both current contracts and future opportunities.

We are interested in engaging with a diverse range of partners. Currently, more than 40% of organisations with formal subcontracts from Kennedy Scott are from the third sector. All benefit from a management fee of just 15-20%, and receive robust hands-on support and best practice sharing. If you want to read more about how we work in partnership please click here

All partners benefit from our SPRITE supply chain management methodology as detailed below:

  • Integration of services through our Circle of Support model
  • Transparent processes
  • Equitable terms and conditions

We are interested in the following types of partnership:

Strategic partnerships - we are keen to speak to organisations with whom we share strong values and performance, and possess complementary skills, infrastructure and experience to our own. We would be happy to discuss joint projects and joint bidding.

End-to-end subcontractors - to deliver discrete elements of our services or defined geographies. Current end-to-end providers include Elite SEA and Remploy in Wales, Momentum in Scotland, Abilities and the British Legion.

Specialist subcontractors - bringing specific expertise and excellence in related fields. Currently, this includes OBAIR, OXSPA, Enterprise and PCG. Kennedy Scott also looks to work with specialist subcontractors on an ad-hoc basis for initial customer requirements eg translation for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. We currently work with organizations such as Clarion and regularly look for organizations who can support us with ad hoc requirements.

Signposting partners - complementary provision, usually paid for through other sources, with which our operations teams across the country work closely in order to offer a better, more holistic service to our clients.
