Participant Comments And Complaints

Kennedy Scott values the views of participants and recognises the importance of responding to their comments and complaints when they arise. All participants are notified during their induction that they have the right to make suggestions which will be considered in line with Kennedy Scott’s commitment to continuously improve the provision offered to participants.

If a participant feels that Kennedy Scott have failed in some way and wish to complain, they may do so and they will receive a  response and, if applicable, details of actions taken.

The following procedure highlights the process in place to ensure that comments and complaints are recorded for continuous improvement and dealt with promptly and effectively.

If a participant wishes to make a comment or has a complaint they should complete a Participant Comments/Complaints Form.

If the participant is unable to complete the form for any reason they may ask a member of staff to complete it on their behalf or contact Kennedy Scott Head Office who will complete the form on their behalf.

Forms should be emailed to pcc@kennedyscott.co.uk where they will be logged and considered.
