Kennedy Scott share success at the top of Flexible New Deal League Table!
The FND League tables are out and Flexible New Deal in Kent has the best performance in the country!
We are proud to be working in partnership with MAXIMUS EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING UK, our Prime Contractor in this area. Together with our delivery partners, we have been able to help many people into sustainable employment and, as a result of our hard work together; the MAXIMUS FND programme is No1 in the national performance league table by quite a margin.
The KS team in Kent were the only subcontractor to start from scratch twelve months ago and have performed brilliantly following a speedy implementation, frequently out performing established providers in the area. The sustainability figures are superb and we are top of the provider’s performance league for inducting clients successfully within the 15 day limit.
The partnership team has successfully forged lasting partnerships with such well known employers as ASDA, B&Q, GALA, WICKES, BOOKERS, CARE UK and SAGA CARE and many more, successfully placing customers into work on major projects such as the ‘Kent Wind Farm’ and retail centres such as Westwood Cross, The Whitefriars Centre, and Fremlins Walk.
